Game to take place at Pinnacle Bank Arena, team hopes to gain third straight victory

After a brief hiatus, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Huskers volleyball team returns to action tonight, taking on the Illinois Fighting Illini at Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, Nebraska.

The Huskers enter the match with a 19-6 record and are ranked No. 8 in the country. They are coming off a pair of wins over ranked opponents, defeating No. 13 Purdue and No. 15 Michigan State.

The Fighting Illini are 14-11 this season and are looking to snap a two-game losing streak. They are led by senior outside hitter Jacqueline Quade, who is averaging 4.08 kills per set.
