The Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF) is the organization responsible for the direction and governance of the Commonwealth Games, a multi-sport event held every four years for athletes from the Commonwealth of Nations. The CGF is based in London, United Kingdom, and has 72 member countries and territories.
Current Vacancy
Head of Safeguarding
The CGF is currently recruiting for the role of Head of Safeguarding. The Head of Safeguarding will be responsible for developing and implementing the CGF's safeguarding policy, providing advice and support to member countries and territories on safeguarding issues, and raising awareness of safeguarding issues within the Commonwealth Games movement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safeguarding principles and practices, experience in developing and implementing safeguarding policies, and experience in working with sports organizations. The candidate must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
